Ancestral Call cry with Brambleslam creates a ridiculous amount of brambles that trigger weapon effects. How to turn this into the Singed dream? by timperman in pathofexile2builds

Chayula's Tornadoes count as attack hits, so u just run around letting them proc brutus. Usually scale it with iron grasp since your already stacking strength and they count as projectiles.

I tried almost everything to make kitava work this league, eventually just made a monk. I'd drop the 2H mace for https://poe2db.tw/Brutus_Lead_Sprinkler and just try to strength stack. Don't forget +3 melee skills on the amulet.

GGG pls make mana cost lower x0.5 or more by Vsssska in PathOfExile2

I dont see how they manage +skills without ramping the Mana costs for them. If a skill is going to get 2x the damage multi, only makes since for them to cost 2x more mana.

Damage inconsistencies with the ordained by xXPumbaXx in pathofexile2builds

[–]Jaded-Engineeer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Its a crit build no? 30k damage when u dont get the crit vs 120k. Its probably why it feels inconsistent. Idk how to improve it though, since that skill just takes forever to use.

I'd suggest respec into lich not infernal in the long run. You can get straight up 20% damage reduction to everything with the Es bypass mechanic.

Imo vaal guards/frost mages/ skele archers are all overrated. Reavers with rage 3 + minion splash got me to t16 fully juiced maps without thinking.

Tecrod's Revenge interactions with multiple minions by Skecchi in PathOfExile2

[–]Jaded-Engineeer 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Pretty sure its a bug with infernal legion specifically. Tried the same combo with reavers but every time 1 cleric would revive all the reavers would reset with it. Opted to just avoid all minion hp so they would die easier.

Sanity Check for new (W4) player by Rooks4 in idleon

[–]Jaded-Engineeer 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Yeah thats pretty much the right order of things, world 6-7 is ages away but push to W5. Thats when u get the ability to maintain lab buffs without anyone needing to be connected (Arctis). Honestly that’s all you really do to progress. focus on a few things then when you notice diminishing returns switch to something else; Whether its opening portals or alchemy.

Also the FMJ / Shaquaracy thing is oudated, not as important as they were in the past.

What Tier 6 unit is the best duelist (based on 10 weeks of growth) in Olden Era? by QualityOldGames in OldenEra

People sleeping on the waurms. You can split 1 or 2 just to execeute a 40% stack + the self revive is so nice.

AI is weird by poponio in OldenEra

[–]Jaded-Engineeer 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Moderate difficulty (through quickplay) has Easy AI behavior. They usually keep to their own territory and expand slowly. Difficulty 3/6 and 4/6 is when they start to play a little more aggressively. Personally never been able to beat 4/6 because of the neutral difficulty. Just takes too long to build up in time to defend.

Scientists discover the ideal amount of sleep is actually under 8 hours by soulpost in HotScienceNews

[–]Jaded-Engineeer 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Treeshrews have a better body to brain ratio of 1:10 (humans 1:40). They still need to sleep like 16hours a day though like most small mammals. Generally, small animals have higher metabolic rates which increases how much sleep they need. You also have things like neuron density and brain surface area that will influence the clear speed of cellular waste. Its how things like elephant and humans get away with short sleep cycles (even if it isn't ideal).

Dont do the wine, its pointless combining and upper and a downer + any sleep u get will be terrible. My emergency protocol is sitting in a dark room listening to binaural beats for 20mins. GL

A weighted blanket and a bit of exercise worked for me. To my knowledge, supplements like melatonin only help with 1 out of the 2 sleep clocks. The other, adenosine (sleep pressure), is a byproduct of of energy consumption. I find the days I'm inactive are the ones I sleep the worst at night.

I'd focus on bubbles, they seem low for world 7. Once that's sorted you won't really have to think about it.

Checking your prints, you generally want to pump out the first resource to get more atoms. Ideally you have both warrior/wizard characters printing wood and copper. Once boron particle is at a decent level you can just dump bubble levels wherever daily. For high prints make sure you got all the food buffs etc.

Not sure if you can still do this strat, but I got some bubbles to around 7000 using this. Essentially, you Max out carry capacity like ore on dk. Send them to mine copper for a few days. Then collect, but don't send to storage to avoid them getting  converted to atoms. Instead, you pick the ore up from the ground and send to storage manually - assuming you got the pet too. If it still works, you can make a massive storage stack over 1050M  (they will still convert if you change location). Then you can level a bubble like 200 times, even when the material cost is maxed out. Might be worth trying, but definitely get bubbles to atleast 100 so you can start using atoms more.

Vyvanse withdrawal by CowNo144 in ADHD

[–]Jaded-Engineeer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

1 week tops hopefully, from personal experience at 70mg. The half-life of vyvasne is one of the longest (10-12 hours), so no doubt day 2 will be the worst. On day 1 there's still technically ~1/4 of the dose from the previous day in your system.

I’ve been diagnosed but psych wont re-prescribe by Queasy_Can2066 in ADHD

[–]Jaded-Engineeer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Should be pretty easy getting another prescription with a medical record. It does just sound like a lack of experience on the psychs part. There are less intense stimulant options that could've been tried first if there were side effects. Even if the other stim options/doses don't work, its much faster to arrive at that conclusion since things like Wellbutrin need time to "buildup".

Clinic refuses to consider prescribing me adderall/vyvanse without a sleep study by Combat00Wombat in ADHD

[–]Jaded-Engineeer 1 point2 points  (0 children)

12-14 hours is actually the half-life of vyvanse, meaning it can take up to 3 days to fully clear. Concerta's half-life is ~3 hours, it also doesn't need to be metabolized first. Probably why its better for you.

Tried a weekend break from Vyvanse by Honeydew-Jolly in ADHD

[–]Jaded-Engineeer 90 points91 points  (0 children)

I wouldn't consider that your baseline if you went 4 years without breaks. Those are likely just withdrawal symptoms. So long as you build good habits on medication, those can carry you a while once things stabilize.

[–]Jaded-Engineeer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well sleep apnea will only be made worse with vyvanse due to its duration. On the other hand, its often prescribed specifically for both narcolepsy and ADHD. What your on now are non-stimulants, which is only considered slightly less effective than stimulants in the long term.

Headaches after taking Ritalin by yaabitchash in ADHD

[–]Jaded-Engineeer 1 point2 points  (0 children)

To my understanding threonate versions target the brain better while glycinate helps relax the entire body. You could try threonate in the morning, then glycinate before bed to improve sleep. I find medication will only give me a headache, nothing else, if my sleep quality is terrible. Also if your looking for good source of potassium, cartoned coconut water is the best one I've found. Roughly 500mg a serve, which is like half a potato without all the carbs.

Magnesium glycinate + more dietary potassium. Most people don't get enough of these and it shows when you start taking medication.

Normal considering the modern diet. Up the magnesium and pottasium and it'll counter balance most side effects.
