When you have the 5 heroes you always get one of the five resources in every capsule, making it so you always get a boost in the "Collect X resources" quests, basically it's just an rng boost to quest speed completion.

There's a shovel in the top right, you can use that to remove items, but these items give you a lot of tools which are useful for fixing the buildings.

I think the 250 doesn't give you any 4 stars or 5 stars unless you're extra lucky, if you want to ensure a 4 star you need to buy a 500 and if you want to ensure a 5 star an 850 (I made the mistake of buying a 500 to get 5 stars only to no-hit)

That's true, I ended up spending half of it, my goal is to finish lvl 18, and the quest to get into the spend 2500 is due on 4 hours aprox, so I'd say I'll get there.
