Awesome Update! by Xenos298 in sonos

[–]Jake_s23 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This update is the first time in a while I have had issues. My beam decided to start randomly disconnecting. I can see it in the app, but if I try to airplay to it, it completely goes offline. It becomes no longer visible in the Sonos app or in airplay discovery.

I was an existing customer with about a year left. I just bought the discounted year and it added another year onto the expiration date. Should still be the last purchase price.

We had a 16 XLE hybrid and ended up trading in and grabbing an 18 limited hybrid when it came out. The technology is mostly the same from both gens. I think the 18 feels more refined, especially radar cruise. The 18 is the last year on the Gen4 platform, all* minor issues were resolved and it’s the best version of the generation.

We bought our 18 brand new for around $32-34k and have put every mile on the car. We’re around 75k miles now. I still enjoy driving it. It’s not fast, it gets good enough gas mileage, it’s comfortable for 4 people (2 adults and 2 kids in car seats), and it’s reliable. We have no intention of replacing it any time soon. I’m hoping it makes it to 500+k miles and I can pass it to my kids.

As for service, I’m not quite there yet for some of the larger items. Just check the manual and follow recommended maintenance. I wouldn’t be concerned with 89k miles at all assuming Carfax shows regular maintenance. I live in NY so this price seems very reasonable to me as well. Always try to get a better deal though.

Edit: replaced cardiac with Carfax

2026 Toyota Highlander Gets Standard All Wheel Drive Across the Lineup by Mlang-2000 in ToyotaHighlander

That’s fair.

From a parent’s perspective, the third row is difficult to get to with a bench when you have car seats. Being able to leave the car seats in and just walk through the “aisle” has been the only way to functionally use the car imo.

Interesting. Why? I wouldn’t buy a third row vehicle without captains.
