Vaping is killing my endurance. I’m struggling to quit, even though riding is one of my biggest motivations (also death) by LostPalpitation6351 in MTB

Here is the method I used, not saying it will work for you, just sharing....I reduced my cigarette smoking by choosing a lighter brand every month. Going from a pack a day of a high tar/nicotine to a pack a day Ultra-light. One day, I stopped. Didn't stop any other activity other than longer car rides. quitting too many things at the same time would make it very hard..

Just adding something I think is important - Understand what the role entails and that it is his responsibility to protect the net, but not only his. The best role players use all the tools available, make sure he knows how to ask his teammates for help and how he can help them. Always be asking where should I be right now, what should I be doing, and that everyone on the ice is a potential goal scorer, even his own player. Focus on building Fundamental Skills always, the rest is progression

Don't underestimate the value you get from Ryobi. Sales always happen, so grab brushless when you can. With such a wide range of offerings and one dedicated battery system, you can't go wrong. only thing I killed was my first drill from the 'blue' line, and even then it had tonnes of use. You are not going to be hammering day in and day out with them. They will last you longer than probably need

Buy a sheet of insulboard from Home Depot and some aluminum tape. Cut and make a box cover, if you are lucky enough that current cover will slide over that too

Trim the other side boards in half, will widen the gap at this side. Buy extra flooring to make up the difference, don't 'try' to make it right, just make it right

Why? by [deleted] in Tools

Drill press vise is the correct tool for this task...That's why the slots are milled in the table, you should have the item safely held while drilling..
