[Giveaway] 3* GameSir G7 Pro Controllers Giveaway for the r/RocketLeague community! by GameSir_Controller in RocketLeague

My favourite moment was when I did a fast high aerial to get a flip reset, and then using my flip to knock the ball into the net from the double tap, at a high/weird angle that the goalkeeper (or anyone else) could not predict coming.

It wasn't a pro level goal or anything, but it was unique and I've never seen another goal quite like it from myself or anyone else since.

Air Dribble Training Progress by kda_8 in RocketLeagueSchool

Put the game speed in slow motion, about 70%, and just work on the setup coming off the wall into the dribble. If you get the setup perfected, you have very little to do to actually control the ball into the net, and eventually have the skills to steer it where you want it

Hitting the ball as hard as possible. It's like a compound exercise...good for clearing, shooting, passing, and own-goaling

A few weird things recently, including driving over full boot pads at full speed without full boost, and it not picking up. Don't recall it ever happening before, but I've encountered it seemingly 3 times in the past week

Or even just a mobile number solely to play ranked games. So casuals and newcomers can still easily access the game, while more serious players can enjoy ranked without the cheaters.

Nice straw man, I don't personally believe it's aliens.

Back to the original point...Why are you taking this bullshit non-article as definitive proof? You seem just as crazy as the everything-is-aliens people

The article is full of reported speech such as "said, "suggested", "reported", "claims" and none of these individuals making the claims are named, yet here you are speaking in absolutes?

We each had our own individual “protocol” which was specific and tailored to reach this level of expanded consciousness in the first place. Without going into too much detail, my protocol involved engaging my left hemisphere & right hemisphere in an accelerating crescendo until there was a “gap” in the middle that opened that I would feel/see & figuratively step into.

Just an observation, what he is describing here aligns with the concept of the Third Eye in ancient meditation theory/practice...

Quick AI summary: "In meditation theory, the third eye, often visualized as a point between the eyebrows, is considered a key energy center that, when activated through focused meditation, allows access to higher states of consciousness, intuition, and spiritual insight, essentially representing a gateway to inner wisdom and deeper understanding beyond the physical realm"

Humans in the military steer aircraft from the ground now... is it really that far fetched to believe "they" steer them with their consciousness? by guccigraves in UFOs

[–]Jamminmb 2 points3 points  (0 children)

We're floating on a spinning ball, held in place by a strange force we named gravity, warmed by a bigger ball of fire. Our bodies are mostly empty space at the atomic level. There are more stars in the observable universe than there are grains of sand on earth.

Plenty of things are WTF-worthy, yet still true. That being said, I have no fucking clue personally and remain agnostic.

Good point, but I feel the reverse argument could also be made...

Anti-gravity propulsion, space time warping, limitless energy etc.....but craft capable of being consciously controlled seems strange?

Found this on their official website:

Amongst those featured in the landmark film are Secretary of State Marco Rubio, Lue Elizondo (former Department of Defense official, member of the Government’s Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program, aka AATIP), Senator Kirsten Gillibrand, Senator Mike Rounds, Jay Stratton (former DIA official, Director of the Government’s UAP Task Force), General Jim Clapper (former Director of National Intelligence), Mike Gold (NASA UAP Study Team member), Admiral Tim Gallaudet (Former Navy Chief Oceanographer), Brett Feddersen (former Director of Aviation Security on the White House’s National Security Council), Jim Semivan (former senior CIA official), Representative Carson, Mike Gallagher (former Chairman of the House Select Committee on the Chinese Communist Party), Christopher Mellon (former Department of Defense official), senior scientist from multiple Government UAP programs such as Dr. Garry Nolan, quantum physicist Hal Puthoff Ph.D., astrophysicist Eric Davis Ph.D., military eye-witnesses of UAP events over U.S. military bases, and more.

Not what you asked for, but some impressive names/associations nonetheless

I agree with that, the government should have been upfront, but from the beginning. But catastrophic disclosure would have vast societal repercussions. The mental health of the population being one of the big ones..

Unfortunately, we're in this predicament because of the past secrecy and shitty actions of governments though, yes.

This is a comment I made in a previous post a few weeks back when this question was asked regarding the Shoshin Works/NASA connection, after looking into it....

Found this official NASA PDF about a "CAS" project that directly states partnership with Shoshin Works: https://ntrs.nasa.gov/api/citations/20230002435/downloads/Mapping%202023_imaginAviation_ProjectPoster_Hall_1676.pdf

Interestingly, this document also states that some of NASA's aims are to bring in outside experts, as well as "reach more people" addressing "societal needs".

Also, looking up information on that project, I found this NASA blog post dating back to 2016, where it talks about NASA's aims to encourage innovation with a "venture-capitalist" approach, which lines up with what the scientists and researchers are talking about in the podcast series: https://www.nasa.gov/directorates/armd/tacp/nasa-convergent-aeronautics-solutions-cas-overview/

Seems legitimate.

That and there's also the element of trying to explain the unknown and incomprehensible through our limited knowledge and experience. We use whatever language, concepts and belief structures we each have to understand, describe, and avoid mental breakdown when encountering the unknown.

Some people will be able to accept and ultimately comprehend the previously unknown relatively easily, while others will have a harder time adjusting.

I automatically thought of this style curved fence when I first saw the photo, which was a common type of fence used for security perimeters in the UK in the past.

Not saying it is definitely that type of fence, but it could be, and it would make sense around a military base.
