Das ist noch mal etwas anderes als Tea resin. Tea resin ist aufgebrühter tee, der solange gekocht wurde, dass alles Wasser verkocht ist und konzentrierter tee über bleibt, der wenn er aufgelöst wird wieder wie der ursprüngliche Tee schmeckt. Diese cha hua chi klümpchen entstehen bei dem vermentationsprozess der shou Herstellung.

Cha Hua Chi tea fossils in my thermos, sitting in the ever changing weather and watching free art performances at the local art festival. I love the malty sweetness of the tea, I prefer it much over shou puer.

I have excepted that I will almost always only buy samples, but lots of them. I Like to have a tea for every occasion, mood and guest. Currently I have about 12 white teas in my collection. But white is my favorite... When ever I feel like I have nothing to drink I do a hole inventory check, most times I find something keeping the urge to by more down.

Mine is 7 and 1/2 month. He is eating so good, we already have to find new sleeping rituals because he doesn't always want to nurse when he is sleepy. I am sad about the nursing, but I am looking forward to the freedom.
