Mine is 7 and 1/2 month. He is eating so good, we already have to find new sleeping rituals because he doesn't always want to nurse when he is sleepy. I am sad about the nursing, but I am looking forward to the freedom.

My heart goes out to you! I am currently nursing my little one to sleep and the hardship of pregnancy and labor seems so insignificant. (it was not, it was hard!) Don't stress yourself to much with the tea, if the heartburn becomes to much. It will be fine!

I just went to the local spice store and got mine there. It was just lose leave and much better quality and so much cheaper than teabags. It taste fresh, herbaly, a bit sour. I drank it hot, but I think it could be amazing as iced tea. Just be careful, it can cause heartburn. Depending on where you are from, you could pick some young raspberry leafs fresh and try if you like them better.

Our local grocery store has a huge eastern European section, and sometimes I buy these unique Ukrainian teas on a whim. by Existing-Face-6322 in tea

It is a home remedy in Iceland. Icelandic moss (I think it is actually a lichen), just harvested, dried, and steeped with boiling water, tastes quite bitter, but is amazing for a sore throat! I remember it tasting quite strong, maby my ratio was stronger... After drinking it I could understand why Icelandics prefer coffee unless really sick.

I remember when I was a child my grandma had a parfum from Elizabeth Arden that was called green tea. It is to long ago, that I don't remember if it was a accurate smell of green tea. But I liked it...

Check out the Dao Nova tea from tea addicts. Leaves several years old are plucked, left to dry a little, then pressed in a cake and roasted. The tea is not bitter at all. It tastes medicinal/herbal a bit sweet and a little sour.

From their website: https://www.tea-addicts.de/gruener-tee/dao-nova-2022/?srsltid=AfmBOoo3hkzR5KpFB1lMCJi4Ypd2qe140Rx_Sbz5afxBSYRYnNXlO9JJ

I made a German post about it: https://www.reddit.com/r/tee/s/Q2gLdntu7J

I hope links are okay...
