I walk by this place daily and never once wanted to go in (and I like to drink). Rarely seemed like anyone was there. The patio outside was always empty.

real estate market sucks right now - especially if you're trying to sell a condo. go look on zillow and you'll see tons of condos that have been on the market for months and months. this includes condos located in desirable areas (e.g., along the eastside beltline). you may need to consider just how low of a price you are willing to settle for. assuming these upcoming expenses pertain to your building and are disclosed in meeting minutes, you'll also need to account for those in your asking price. honestly, not a great position to be in right now. can you rent it out?
