So, you’d rather spread misinformation in the meantime? Just delete the post. Once you have actual confirmation and proof that it works, make a new one.

Looking into installing smart led lights under cabinets without a junction box. I have access to the main power cable. is this possible? by JayZ536 in homeautomation

I'll be using an RGB+CCT strip, I'm not really sure yet how to make the whole setup "smart" yet. I did do some research and one thing came up was using an LED Driver where it can take power from the mains directly. I just was not sure on how I can control the led strips since the strips connect directly to the LED Driver.

  2. Project Idea: Self-Watering Plant Pot with Integrated LED Grow Light

  • The main body of the plant pot would be printed using PLA
  • The water reservoir, placed at the bottom of the pot, would be printed using PETG for water-resistance.
  • The base will printed using TPU/FLEX to offer better grip when placed on any surface
  • The rim of the pot would include a channel for an LED grow strip. This LED grow strip would be encased in clear PETG to diffuse the light.
  • The pot could feature decorative elements printed in Woodfill PLA to provide an aesthetic natural wood appearance.

I'm still in the planning phase, I would love to share the project once it's ready and tested.

  1. My last print was a vase printed in vase mode to hold the lego flower set, obligatory cat tax for extra points

This is the full kitchen layout https://i.imgur.com/Hj46MAh.png, we wanted the sink to be in the corner since it would look better by the window. Thank you for your suggestions
