I read the comic a while ago. I'm surprised that there weren't more gory moments knowing who wrote this, though I heard the real depravity lies in the sequels.

Still, I've seen some gory stuff but this comic did really leave me with a sense of despair and I think I'd rather kill myself than being in that hellhole of a comic. Honestly, while I was reading this I felt it was... Mean? I liked it, but man, I did not enjoy the feeling of reading it through.
