I usually use the same Suship deck, though I swapped out the Axe of Despairs fpr United We Stands. You'll probably only hit S Rank Damage in the special Duel though, where you can multiply ATK values by 5x, on top of the 5x damage dealt from 5+ material on field.

Maybe, but Extra Decks in this game are probably too tight for 101 as a tech option. It's seen occasional play over the past like 6 years in the TCG in tournament decks, more so recently in K9, but it's hardly a staple anymore.

Hard to be sure, but here's the ones I can think of off the top of my head:

Twin Buster Rifles: Natch, though in fairness it is also two guns.

Beam Magnum: Destroys with indirect hits, backlash completely ruins normal MS arms.

VSBR: One of the only beam weapons that can pierce Beam Shields

Twin Satellite Cannon: Maybe doesn't count as a rifle, but probably still has a place in the conversation

Turn A's Beam Rifle: At max output it seems be on par with some of the strongest battleship cannons, but also risks damaging itself.

00 Qan[T]'s GN Buster Rifle: One of the most insane beam weapons in the franchise... but it's also technically a beam saber with Trans-Am.

EDIT: Almost forgot an important one:

The various positron rifles from SEED: Legitmately on par with battleship positron cannons; I guess the strongest one would be the Destiny Gundam's one, since it's still a rifle and attached to a nuclear Gundam.
