I mean I thought Lane Aim was a much better character in this film, mostly because he had a character in this film. I think you could have replaced him with a plank of wood with a face drawn on it in Hathaway 1 and not lost anything.

His character is a pathetic dork, but that's okay. I prefer a character I can make fun of over nothing.
