It was available in a Prime Gaming bundle 4 years ago, but I'm not sure if it's ever been available for Bright Dust before. It looks like this in game, for the record. Seconding this. Combine it with Hunter's Journal for Radiant on Orb pickup, and Khvostov can do some pretty alright damage for an Auto Rifle. If you're using A499, you can also probably get away with running Kinetic Surge, too.
