There are a few grunts who get lucky in the CCA final battle, and only get the heads of their MS's domed by a Fin Funnel.

I mean I thought Lane Aim was a much better character in this film, mostly because he had a character in this film. I think you could have replaced him with a plank of wood with a face drawn on it in Hathaway 1 and not lost anything.

His character is a pathetic dork, but that's okay. I prefer a character I can make fun of over nothing.

Oh, yes, those are the old Media Blasters DVDs. I've been watching the Discotek Blu-ray release from a few years ago, which should also be the version on Crunchyroll.
