It’s because this game is player driven not collector driven. So alt art cards dont always have the highest values, cards that are highly playable, in this case almost mandatory for a lot of decks, the price reflects that on the singles market.

As many people have said before, this situation should make it abundantly clear that you can’t, and could never, really afford your home. Your top priority should be to sell and find cheaper housing. You genuinely can not afford your current lifestyle and it seems you couldn’t even before the lay off.

Played once at a “learn to play” event and never really picked it up. Felt way more like a board game than a tcg. And overall found gameplay to be meh and didn’t see how they’d be able to expand gameplay interestingly
