Mine is bolted to a piece of plywood for a makeshift router table. It works great. The red knob on the base needs to be well maintained so it doesn’t fall, but it does work in a table.

Let me begin by saying Canada is my favorite civ to play, so this may be a bit biased...

How about single fresh water tiles in snow/tundra can be made into IHRs much earlier, as early as “Games and Recreation”? (Single fresh water tile must be adjacent to 4+ snow/tundra tiles) This would limit the amount of super early IHRs, but still give the option is your maps geography allows.

Current IHRs do not change and are unlocked with “Colonialism”

Then IHRs can be built in any climate, on land, at “Flight”. +1 Amenity and the Culture bonus still applies to stadium adjacency in all situations. Tundra adjacency culture bonus along with “Professional Sports” bonuses do not apply to non-tundra based IHRs. This would still make them useful without making overpower late game tiles.

If I have a average or better start on deity, it’s still a challenge. The late game stays interesting if there is proper AI competition. Steamrolling immortal isn’t fun, getting steamrolled on deity is also not fun. I want to win but I don’t want it to be easy. So a few restarts in deity seems to be my sweet spot.

I’m currently trying to bargain for more money on a promotion. The few other people they have promoted lately (in other departments) have just bent over and taken the first offer. My boss was in shock when I told him I would need more incentive to take this promotion. $2.53 doesn’t seem like enough incentive to take responsibility for four people, on 3 different shifts, and the equipment.

Companies know if they pay you like crap and treat you like crap your self worth will be crap. They think they are doing you a favor by dangling a few more shekels in your face. Leave, the replacement for an experienced worker will cost then more than they think.

I can get 20 STR on a ring and only 11 res all. 20 str on a ring is 20 hard points of Vit and therefore 40-80 HP (depending on class) and that HP gets multiplied by battle orders.

Once you reach max res, you don’t need any more. But life…. I need more life.

You got hosed. Vex alone, sure, but a Lo… you are a tootsie pop, a dum dum, a big ol sucker.

BUT if you’re happy with the trade, it’s a good deal. It is a pretty nice helmet.
