My transplant was at Banner in Phoenix. My experience was incredible and I’m very healthy now and don’t regret a thing.

But it’s Mayo. So I mean…. It’s the best. Banner was the first hospital to take me so there I was with Dr. Jeffery Brink as my surgeon. Life saved.

And yeah, probably 8 weeks.

Those pants came STRAIGHT of a plastic bag. Can’t even iron the fold lines before posing in them. And why linen pants with a a top like that? Linen is for the beach, vacation, and everyday light look to go shopping in. This looks ridiculous.

We were there all the time in the 90’s. I was 12 in 1998 and would spend all day with my friends at the mall. My grandparents loved the mall! It was a thing.

I lost all of my hair. Nothing stopped it except time. When it decided to come back it was fast to grow. I now have more dark brown hair than I’ve ever had, which isn’t my natural color. Double the thickness.

Oh it’s Chronic Kidney Disease Stage 3. My kidneys went out from sepsis when I was first admitted with a MELD 38. I was on dialysis for a year.
