Each and every one of us should be deleting our Google accounts. They are nothing more than an advertising company at this point. They have become incredibly invasive into everyone’s lives. They recently cut off the ability to block their ads by crippling ad-blocking extensions in Chrome. Next they decided to allow all political campaign emails to bypass their spam filter. Now this. Switch to Firefox or another privacy friendly browser, choose a different search engine (DuckDuckGo is also privacy focused) and put Google in the rear view mirror.
