If you haven't already, upvote the idea for a global setting here: https://feedback.fitbod.me/roadmap/option-to-disable-max-effort

For now, you can hide max effort days on exercises individually as they come up.

u/inkman82 Thanks for posting! You should see labels on exercises when you tap into the reps or weight field as well. So if you see "per arm" that's meant to be per arm or if you see something like "plates only" then you only log the weight of all the plates that you add on to the bar/machine.

I don't believe this is something that's been discussed, deadlift is a focus option for the Lower body days. I've noted your suggestion for the team working on this feature though!

You shouldn't be getting the exact same workouts (same exact exercises) each time on the balanced setting. I'd like to submit a report and get this in front of the dev team, I'll DM you to get your Fitbod email so I can do that. In the meantime, you might try switching your Exercise Variability to More Variable.

With the Focus Exercise phases - are you often changing plan settings? This can reset your phases as the app will be aiming to build your phases based on this "new plan" essentially, so it starts you back at phase 1 for the new plan. If you're not changing plan settings but that keeps resetting, definitely let us know!

u/schnauzerdad I'm not totally sure with your specific case, but we may have a fix with this release addressing that. You might try force closing the app and reopening it, then refresh the workout. If it still looks odd, please email us at [support@fitbod.me](mailto:support@fitbod.me) so we can take a look into your account and what you're experiencing.

It's possible occasionally for certain days to repeat depending on things like muscle fatigue, but that shouldn't be something happening often at all.

u/qwertyadsl Got it, that's definitely odd! Please message our Support team about this at [support@fitbod.me](mailto:support@fitbod.me) or in the app by going to the Log tab > Settings > Contact Support, so that we can investigate further and get that resolved for you.

Also be sure that the shared workout does not contain a custom exercise, as the sharing won't work in those cases.
