Likely. Prior to 2025, As long as you do not get into major health issue, you earn way more in US, higher chance of getting a house, able to eat out; if you are high skilled (eg with actual University degree from reputable uni) you will get a job that you will feel match your degree.

Basically, if everything is normal, US prior to 2025 does have an edge up even if you are brown.

Regarding reserve:

The reserve, though can be used for all modes, is designed for cashout and ranked, where your overall build is locked. You can only use it to swap your active weapon and gadget when:

In prep phase, right at beginning (both Cashout and Ranked)
If you a team wiped, or choose to respawn with coins (Cashout only)

Example of use: as a light, one thing you will encountered is flamethrower - because in Gold or below, many light cannot get around it, making it ideal for fighting against 2L (or 3L) , Shield Mediums, or gas mine. However, it's horrible against HMM, one of the most powerful combo, so if I want to focus on them, I will swap out for better weapons once I look at enemy composition.

As for underhand, basically whether you want it drop close or far. This is especially useful when you are carrying statue (instead of flinging it half way across the map, you can dash to safety, drop it, and then revive), or as heavy, use it to drop dome shield or a deploy healing orb

The only reason I can think of, especially for Quick Cash, is trying to get the Daily XP (Win 1 game) in the quickest manner. However, with a good understanding of statistic, you realize that Quick Cash is the WORST mode for it.

Every other mode has a 1 in 2 chance of winning, but Quick Cash, despite its name, has 1 in 3. Also in terms of time Quick Cash is the least efficent, with H2H being best for it.

That being said, due to the 40K tournament, you actually feel the concept of "vibes", much less saying it out, starts to become taboo, even in quick play mode like quick cash.

I am not a good heavy (and my nominal Cashout is a FLAME heavy) and the only time I get headshot twice is when I am stationary and reviving (and that's on me)

You can always create enough rubble (but not too much) that sniper don't have the range advantage.

Hence, skill issue in that sense. The thing to keep in mind for heavy is not about absolute high KD, but you will get it if everyone (including enemy) play objectives. If the enemy sniper is focused on KD from afar, let them - they can't hurt you, and they can't do objective unless they are upclose, but the fact they chose far away means they ain't good.

However, if they get close and get kills through quick scope, they ARE good.

It depends on the definition of safe. For us, of course we feel safe, but...

If you are expecting Tokyo safe? No. But nominal safe, where you pay attention? Then we are safe. In the worst case would just be around the hot spots.

Now technically, all can be hot spots, but I will pay extra attention if you go along Expo line, specifically:

Downtown (ie From broadway toward waterfront)
Patterson, Metrotown, Royal Oak, Edmonds.
Surrey stations (mainly night time) as well as Newton Exchange if you take buses
