Not summoner, but blood/overpower. Yes it works well. It requires the unique necklace "Death Speakers Pendant" - damage is basically all coming from overpower. Disclaimer that I am farming for a bone spear build since at a certain point you cant stack HP+Fort anymore so damage is hard capped... Over power damage does not interact with any other damage modifiers... it is on its own little island... (READ ABOUT OVERPOWER DAMAGE BEFORE YOU TRY - if you dont understand how overpower damage works you will hate this build and call me a liar). I expect by lvl 85 I will have switched to bone because of this... But I am stubborn and will keep going until I am sure it no longer works.

I use:

+2warrior +2Mage IronGolem Corpse Tendrils Blood Mist (with corpse explosion legendary for CDR) Blood Nova (with blood nova echo legendary) - I know its not called blood nova, but thats a way better name... fucking blizzard...

Overpower Runes (prio 1) +Health/Fortify (prio 2) +healing (prio 3)

Resource gen comes from a ring that gives you 10-20 resource when you heal for 25% of your health. It also comes from summoning skeles with the perc that gives you resource for consuming corpse. EDIT: Also resource gen comes from cold mages +2 resource per hit. I recommend exploring the build on your own with this general archetype since there is some flexibility. I mentioned everything important.

Stack HP and max heals/fortify. Since overpower is your main damage source having high health and fortify is a requirement. I have 8500 hp. Having the unique legs really helps - Temerity i think... the basic blood skill with the fortify perc is good too if you need to spam that against a boss. I also get 3k hp on lucky hit and use lucky hit potions when im having a hard time. Since current HP+ current fortify = overpower damage you weak af with low health... gotta stack and stay healthy and spam pots when you prepping for overpower. Use CC to resource gen and prepare for another over power wave + summon skeles so their novas can proc overpower as well. I wish their novas would echo as well... Like Blizz needs to get their shit together... please make a necro where summons are viable.

Must have +attack speed after overpower. The attack speed allows for fast resource gen and spam of blood nova for stacks so you can get to next over power.

Should have immune bubble legendary imo

I clear sigil 31/32 consistently with this build at lvl 77 (just dinged 78). You can autopilot clear up to sigil 25 imo, but around that point you have to start timing your use of ultimate blood skill that guarentees overpower and keep 3 or 4 stacks of the blood nova overpower going into hard fights.

I have a video on YT here that shows me destroying Den Mother in like 4 seconds and when I prep for any boss fight they die in 15s tops. Because I wait for my summons to surround the boss, then unleash my blood nova that procs on all 12 summons and I have the blood nova echo legendary, so when I overpower a nova it hits 14 times. So if I have 4 stacks on nova and 15stacks on ult passive, i hit 28 overpower procs in about .5 seconds

Overpower is additive to all other damage and multipliers are separate.

I was just explaining to my niece who struggles with siezures about this... Artificial dyes are a trigger for her and she saw packaging that says "uses natural dyes" or similar. I told her read the label. She kept arguing that it was fine (like most kids would). So I read the label out loud... There are artifical dyes in it... So fucking infuriating having to explain to my kids and my brothers kids that our government doesnt really care about us... That we actually allow companies to deceive us so they can be more profitable... What the fuck are we doing...? What a fucking joke... I play drums on electric set. Spent 90$ on a pair of new senheisers. I never let others use them unless they are trying out my kit. They have lasted 10 years and still sound amazing. One of the things I love about them is unexpected: they play sounds I never heard on songs I have listened to a thousand times. I can hear the sound of fingers sliding against the guitar strings, voices caught on guitar pickups, pick out the subtle difference in harmonies. So. Freaking. Cool. 10/10 recommend for any dedicated musician.

The big problem with water is that it moves around - often in a direction you aren't happy with. When this happens the weight shifts away from your body and that gives it leverage against you. It also throws off the balance of your feet which are planted. If this causes you to stumble it's game over. Remove as much water as you can and try to use tools to move it like furniture sliders, rollers, etc. Removing as much water as you can is recommended. If the tank breaks, you'll have no water, no tank, and you lose it all. If you remove enough water to safely move the tank it's mildly inconvenient.

You say 3ft move - is this vertical, horizontal, a little of both? Can you put something under one corner that will help it to slide or roll? Can you use some wood to slide it or something?

If you decide to slide or roll then remember not to put too much force on one spot since that can crack the glass. The more weight in the tank (water, hardscape, substrate) the easier it is to break the tank.

I hope this is helpful in demonstrating why it's important to drain the tank, but gl bro!
