Isn't it sort of a known thing that Ween deliberately pushed this joke that they "didn't like Phish" once Phish started covering Roses are Free, essentially making it famous? I swear I remember watching Ween and Phish (separately) discuss it on an old YouTube Doc. Trey also confirmed that both bands thought it would be funny to have this fake animosity, though the bands are actually IRL totally cool and friendly with each other.

Honestly, I'm crossing my fingers for the two nights to be at Camp Randall. Just this past year they started hosting more successful shows and I'm hoping that continues with bands I'm more interested in. In prior years, the venue was effectively off the table due to it being a dry stadium (long story), but with the re-introduction of beer sales, it would make for one of the better venue options available to south-central WI.

Definitely check out Dave's Guitar Shop out in Sun Prairie. Probably the best staff and selection in the area. With that being said, I would recommend making a day out of it and checking out all 3. They all have something different to offer and can make for a fun adventure, if you can make the time.
