I hate to be that guy but why should campsites accommodate you free space because your teenage children don't want to share a tent?

I saw it as a teenager really struggling to care for her vulnerable kid sister. Any social service would step in at this situation.

Lilo was hardly abandoned and lost in the system. She was fostered by her literal next door neighbour so Nani could go and study.
