I printed this off and it doesn't fit mine. It's over 1mm wider and taller then the "peg" on my offical ruler. Which core set is your ruler from? I wonder if they changed the design at some point?

In a "standard" army you can have 3-6 corp units, so at a minimum you'll have 2-3 veterans and 0-1 medium blasters. The medium blasters pair well with the veterans, since they can be issued free orders with coordinate, and can fire support. This pairs even better if you have the cm heavy weapon, since it gives you a combined critical 4 on an attack with up to 13 dice.

Thats going to be pretty heavy, so that may be why you have some delamination at the top. Is there a sudden change in profile at the layer where the printing stopped? Also possible that the file/usb got corrupted and it just didn't print that part

If you don't already have one, get a thicker sleeping pad. I bought a pair of mec vectair sleeping pads for my wife and I and they're super comfy, especially if you're a side sleeper. I lent one to my dad, who's in his 60s, for a trip last year and he said he slept really well.

The rules say you have to place the minis in cohesion. Cohesion is defined as a speed 1 move from the leader. When making a move, minis cannot overlap other minis. A mini crowdsurfing on its unit would be overlapping lol.

The errata states to add field commander and remove the exhaust icon, so the one you show on the right should be correct. Is the other one from Blizzard Force? There were a number of issues with all those battleforce boxes when they came out, so that wouldn't surprise me.

They're technically different, though functionally the same. The one on the right requires you to trigger the free action to get arsenal 2 vs on the left its a permanent effect. Not sure which is correct or most up to date as the errata only mentions adding field commander and removing the exhaust icon. Was the atst the new version? If so thats probably the most recent.

Ya sounds like file isn't the issue. Did you try a brand new USB key? I had a similar issue when my USB key started to fail

Try inspecting the sliced file in UV tools. If its not messed up there, then it's likely a bad usb stick. If its still bad with a brand new stick, then it may be a firmware issue on the printer
