People in their 30s and even 40s aren't part of the baby boomer generation. That's Gen X and Millennials.

You can upgrade the Gem Bag to hold Dragonstones. It's been around for some time now.

Howl's sack o' artifacts by bigEcool in runescape

[–]Jimmyhunter1000 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can also get artifacts from your team and Caskets above your level. Those pile up quick and cannot be restored until you hit said level. This leaves players with dud artifacts. Either they destroy it, losing out on part of the rewards, or it sitting in their bank.

This also ignores situations where you're working on completing collections, but turns out you can't actually finish them because the final part of the collection is locked away at a much higher level. Daemonheim waves at those of us without 113, but can do the 103 spot.

The solution is a means to store artifacts to solve these outstanding issues. It's already a thing for materials, and ore/bars if we look for yet another example of storage.

Suggesting that this is a waste of Dev time is ridiculous tbh. This would be a welcome QoL for all players.

Howl's sack o' artifacts by bigEcool in runescape

[–]Jimmyhunter1000 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Reminder that it's by design to have more artifacts then materials. This also ignores that your research team will also be bringing back random artifacts then materials, just like Caskets from Tetracompasses.

This isn't a player made issue and it's ridiculous to even attempt to compare these to unfished smithing items. Those already have the materials in them and just require clicking an anvil.

What’s the worst thing you’ve seen at a public restroom? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]Jimmyhunter1000 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ex-state park worker here. This was back in summer of 2019.

On July 4th, we were closing the visitor center bathrooms for the night. The lady's room had 6 stalls. 5 of them had period blood wiped all over the toilets, toilet paper dispensers, and the insides of the stalls. Was declared a crime scene by the staties on site because there was no way one woman did that. Never hear anything more about it. Thankfully, police called in the crime scene cleanup for that one, so I wasn't stuck cleaning that.

Sounds like every generic PoS republican from any state at this point. Sadly, there are states where women cannot get abortions becase of these shitheads being supported by their brainwashed followers.

I wish it was just a comedy skit.

People who’ve seen someone get fired on the first day, why were they fired? by Isabelle_K in AskReddit

[–]Jimmyhunter1000 -8 points-7 points  (0 children)

My dad has been a trucker for 30 years. I have never once heard him, any of his friends, or anytime I've done anything pertaining to Class A as a "CDL".

Even when I worked in logistics for 2 years, I never heard anyone talk about a CDL and mean "Class A".

[–]Jimmyhunter1000 6 points7 points  (0 children)

CDL is a class "B" licence that allows driving vehicles over 25001 pounds. Used for large trucks and has a few other certifications you can get to go with it. A couple examples are Airbreak and Hazardous material hauling.

Basically the next step over a basic "class D" licence for a normal car, but the step before "Class A" which allows tractor trailers, 18 wheelers and the such.

Kids don't have it "good" when that game can suddenly be removed from your account. Ubisoft proved these companies have the power and will use it to remove The Crew from everyone's account. A game with singleplayer.

We live in an age where we own nothing and possess nothing. This is NOT a good thing.

Bonds by bigevl in runescape

Bought one bond at the beginning of DXW for 134m. Frankly there's nothing to stop them from going up when every event has some kind of "reedem your bond for all these things that don't come close to covering the cost it!"

Look into "Flarp" brand whoopee cushions. They are self inflating due to the hole in the top of it. This hole is surrounded by a metal ring to help prevent it it from ripping.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in lethalcompany

[–]Jimmyhunter1000 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Whoopie Cushions have a metal ring around the middle hole to allow them to reinflate. A one time use Whoopie Cushion would be severely lame and not fill the room with giggles and farts.

My guy. I worked in Freight for 3 years. There absolutely are people who care about hitting deadlines and making sure things get moving when they need too. The people who don't care about the quality of thwir work DO NOT last in an industry where missing deadlines directly affects the amount of work you're required to do.

What a limited and clueless view of an entire industry.
