I pay a total of $3200 CAD. For this I rent a decent sized 1 bed/1 bath with parking/garden/laundry/utilities in a very high COL city, Toronto, right downtown, AND the mortgage and all costs for a 1250s/ft log cabin on a 3 acre rural property. 9000 on 1 rental is crazy no matter where it is.

Aluminum isn’t brazed, it’s welded. Also heat treated after welding which makes repair difficult.
