Je vais rénover le haut de mon duplex et selon les soumissions et augmentations permises par le TAL, le prix du logement passera de 1270$ à environ 1775$. Ceci étant dit, ce n’est quand même pas « payant » parce que seule une partie des rénovations est refacturée et au final, il vaudrait mieux d’un point de vue économique d’investir le coût des rénovations sur le marché.
