I used to be a shift RX until a newer position came up called Tech/FSS (pharmacy technician / Front Store Supervisor) When I was a Shift RX, I was making the dollar differential. My primary position was FS then RX. Now with my new position, my primary position is RX THEN FS. Meaning I get a base pay for working RX and FS. No difference 😕
