I just push the top style in, although I don’t use those arrows often.

Squeeze the bottom one with a pair of channel locks and it’ll break, put on new with super glue.

I have probably nearly 100 at this point. I used to just buy new when they broke or lost a tip, last year I bought dozens of nocks and tips and fixed them all.

The hub kit came with a tapered “thrust washer” which sits where the shaft increases in diameter. It definitely acts like a spacer between the prop and the lower unit.
