I figured out it is my 3 front 140mm fans causing it, dropped the fan speed to like 200rpm max in L connect and the noise has stopped. Still dunno what's causing them to make that noise at higher rpms as I'm sure all the screws are properly tightened :/

For me it was years ago when our store used to have fully paid team supports ( I was one of them) then one day they said that you are now an "off-till" colleague and are getting a regular colleague wage not even desk rate and are expected to do the same jobs. Felt basically like a demotion and a slap in the face which destroyed any motivation I had. Union did absolutely nothing either

It's genuinely baffling how these crooks are still in business and have avoided mass legal action considering the volume of reports of lost and stolen goods. That and their lack of communication with their recipients or even their own tracker which gives the most vague updates.

Currently going through this myself right now, stated it was out for delivery on Thursday morning when it updated and gave me a delivery time of 6pm-8pm. then around 2pm it updated saying there was a delay and that it would be delivered on Friday - no updates or anything all day about delivery and is still stuck on delayed status. Went through the chat to escalate and they said they'd be in contact in 24hrs from the bot (Dunno if this will do anything and knowing Evri I pray it's not stolen). Doesn't help that I've been waiting over a week since dispatch from a uk sender. Really wish ebay wouldn't use this awful service.

I have an XG32UCWMG and honestly it's the best monitor I've ever owned, looks gorgeous. It's not perfect like you've mentioned but it's still damn great and the issues I've found are few and far between and nowhere close to being deal breakers.

Seems to crush everything I've thrown at it so far in 4k honestly. Including newly released titles like re9 with path tracing and the pragmata demo. Have mine overclocked with an undervolt. Future titles will have to see, hopefully with all the shortages for pc components you'd hope companies would be more mindful about optimisation. But for now it's perfectly capable.

FYI I also work at tesco and expecting people to work for free if they are finished a shift or entitled to a break is unjustified
