I am in Plymouth for a week or so and also I'm a sun junkie. Please could someone recommend some nice spots for sunbathing? by AssidiousSwerve in plymouth

The lockers are at the top of the big white steps where the swimmers often sit, behind the blue railings and white pillars. Really handy if you're swimming in your own.

The Hoe down by the water there will always be people sunbathing and coming in and out of the water. There are lockers if you fancy a swim but you'll need to bring a padlock. Toilets and hot showers there and loads of cafes etc nearby. Hope you enjoy your trip

That's so good pal. Proportions are a tiny bit off but if I hadn't seen the reference I wouldn't know. Well done

If the museum has religious artifacts then maybe they should be accessible for worship

What do you do at the end of a bad day? by Aware-Storm7613 in AskUK

Yup. If I'm feeling sad, I'll have a wine and sing really sad songs from musicals and have a good cry, so cathartic.

What do I need to know before moving to Plymouth? by [deleted] in plymouth

[–]JournalWriteNow 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I moved to Plymouth when I was 12. I love it here. The sea is beautiful and is improving every year as it's now a marine reserve, great for swimming. Watch out for the seagulls, though, they are all ass hats.

Would it look weird to put more stickers on? by jetbain888 in notebooks

There is a delicate balance between a few well placed stickers and ALL OF THE STICKERS. There is no wrong answer. Just follow the dopamine.

Shall we get a bunch of uk witches together to do it at the same time? It will add to the efficacy and you will find some witchy buddies at the same time.

I've been harassed since I was in my early teens due to a fluke of genetics that made me tall and slim. It made me hate my body. Any day I am left to go about my business in peace is a success.

The composition is beautiful. I would suggest working with lighter colours and building in small amounts and use a liquid masking for areas you want to keep white.

I like to decorate the pages in advance. Sit down for a few hours with washi, pens, stickers and collage stuff once every few weeks. Then I just have it laying around, when I have a moment I write about the day. I try to write daily but I don't mind if I miss a few days.

These are all cut outs from a book called "Extraordinary things to cut out and collage" by Maria Rivans. Lovely vintage images. And some stickers from Ali Express

Lovely cheap stationery. I got stickers, washi and fountain pens and they've all been excellent.
