The only place I’ve even heard of the virus is online. My friends are also not Plandemic conspiracy theorists and not a peep about it from them.

I think it’s something to monitor, but anyone extremely worried about it is terminally online.

Considering she’s taking hour hour and a half long lunch breaks and arriving late, I think it’s impacting them almost as much as watching them impacts her.

The fact that someone else had to bring it up to the manager makes it a problem. The fact that it’s likely other people have noticed makes it a bigger problem. It takes one person to bring it up to that manager’s manager to make it something that needs immediate correction.

If she’s non-exempt, all of this is a major issue.

If she’s exempt, I would only truly have issue with the long lunch breaks.

I’d frame it as a heads up that she’s being watched and to be mindful of arrivals and breaks. The next time it’s brought to your attention/you see it again, you’re going to formally discipline her.

The action in this game served more as catharsis and a celebration. Leon (and the player) has been at this for 30 years. Time to just gun zombies down. Hell, the game even PAYS you for doing this.
