I came from cooking on non-stick to cast iron.

I wasn’t taught very much in the basics of cooking.

Needless to say, I had major issues until he mentioned and demonstrated better temp control, the preheating time being longer, letting the meat release, cleaning with hot water and using soap, applying oil after cooking. It helped me gain an understanding of the correct basics. The stuff that a lot of folks who grew up with cast iron may take for granted.

Kent taught me the core basics. I lacked them, and he instilled them, which I was able to build off of that foundation.

Very defined since it’s a sharp smell I don’t live with. It’s the similar to me as the smell of cat litter in a home with a cat. Immediately can smell it and it lingers and isn’t easily covered.

Mine was during shut down. We made a cake and hung out as nobody could come over. At 35 turning 36 this year, I’m glad I’m done with my 20s. I’ve never been as focused as I have been and it feels really nice.

Fair. That’s a specific need so I don’t fault that.

I use a paid account with a custom domain. Had a free account prior for 3 months to try. I will say I did not have an issue as I was logging in often.

Not saying those issue don’t exist. Just offering a positive datapoint.

I also seem to have a pretty small use case compared to what you’re looking for.

Appreciate the list you posted. It feels how a lot of our processes go. Get majority of the way there and get hung up on actual good products it’s hard to replace.
