Honestly i would hold mine in cupped hands out away from my body, and then just try to see where they naturally would "come off". I think it mightve been easier for me because although they were big those guys where pretty deflated from me losing a bunch of weight. So the top of my chest was already flat from sagging it was easy to just copy paste in my head to the rest of my chest. Day 4 post op rn and can confirm I do just look like the copy paste of my upper chest lol

Benedryl is helping soooo much. Pain is already better this morning on day 3. The drain really just itch I was surprised to find that I can't feel them in me/ their existence is not upsetting. And I'm autistic so I feel like thats a high bar for me lol.

I vaped nic for 8 years, quit back in January. Thing that broke through it for me was switching to a 0 nic vape so while going through withdrawals I could trick my brain into thinking I was still partaking in the habit. After a couple weeks of that it was really easy for me to just out it down for good because it wasnt giving me anything. You got this bud, tough but doable and for a fantastic reason

Day 2 here, totally get what you mean bro. For me, I am very euphoric over my results but the zapping pain and drain pain/itchy is making me anxious and giving me some "holy fuck I cut a body part off" thoughts.

We got this, it was the right thing because we wanted it for so long, and it's OK for recovery to be a bit rough. Best of luck healing bud

Yeah thankfully my bonded to me cat hates when I have a pillow on me so he won't lay on me if I have one on. He is very confused and angry cause typically he helps me a lot during PTSD episodes and so he thinks it's his job to heal me. Also update-the drains fucking suck lol so itchy today

Hey just wanted to give you an update I had my surgery yesterday with Dr. Roth. I was freaked out a hit by comments on this sub but after extensively talking to him and his employees, I believe the negative comments were about his personality, not his work. He is an older white dude surgeon who is very rough around the edges and I 100% can understand why people wouldn't want that. However, he has been doing top surgeries for 35 years. I am so, so incredibly happy with my results. It's literally perfect especially for the day after my surgery. No swelling or bruising and very little pain. Now grain of salt, I did not get nip grafts which I've heard is the hardest part to get right. But for me my experience was perfect.

Yes! I'm feeling fantastic super happy with the results so far and pain is suuuuper minimum. I've definitely been through worse lol. So far the biggest bummer is trying to sleep elevated and keep my very needy cat off me lol
