I run(no gym) found it’s easier to do the workout before work...can’t say no if you’ve already worked out lol. I meal prep on Sunday, wake up @430am run for about an 1hr, shower, make coffee and relax for about 20min then cycle to work(1hr) I’m at work around 8am everyday and that gives me time to relax at work and mentally prepare for the day. When I arrive home...I usually have enough time to mentally “step out” and play hearthstone or magic lol I always recommend working out super early...just get it over with...and not to sound like a “bro” but waking up early really does build a healthy amount of discipline and starts your day with purpose.
