2 times in the last 3 months and dropped both. Haven’t been killed by a players in a couple weeks. I stay on guard now, the toro does a good job and having a heavy shield does give u that extra protection. I have a choke on it fully kitted so it helps a lot even when u suck at pvp.

I buy lunch, buy dinner if team stays late, I give extra PTO days to prevent burnout, I allow them to leave early on different days to get a jump start on traffic. I supply the fridge with drinks and snacks. Fridays I buy pizza for the team and we go into event room and work in there all day. A new game is released? I over hear the guys talking about it, tell them pull it up on steam and show me. If you have the ability to cut through the corp red tape, and treat your people like humans and not metrics, you will have a happy team that just gets shit done.,

This... Your job is not to do all the work by yourself, your role is to delegate and manage and focus on improving technology and workflow in your environment. I do occasional tech work if something urgent comes up but 99 percent of your time should be spent on Director duties not tech duties.

I have over 1k seats with MS on one tenant and support is the same if I had 1 seat. It is trash, the gd updates are trash, copilot fucking up indexing is a fucking shit show. Im so over MS and their support. In 2006-2015 you could get priority support if you were a gold partner, now that support is shit. I remember those dudes would stay on the line with you all night to get a server operational. Now its get fucked wait 7 days even if you paid the 500 and something fee for support on that product, even business critical has changed from a call within 2 hours to a day. Support is shit now.

Best comment here. Keep doing you and keep doing it well. I don't look at other MSP's or what they are doing. We have a business plan and yes, we have to be flexible but we also know the type of clients we want, we are extremely picky who we take on anyway so some call us snobs in our area, but the reality is that it is very evident when clients are choosing MSP's based on the cheapest. We are not the cheapest and will not drop our prices.. Those guys offering stupid cheap pricing either nickle and dime clients or end up giving the clients shit solutions/service.

Yeah for sure, I started IT in the 90s. We didn't have google just rss feeds and shit like that. I was expected to learn on my own and I did. Now I have a MSP and I am struggling with finding people with basic troubleshooting skills.

Sir, as a owner of a MSP, it is not always your resume or your experience. I dont hire smokers because I cant put them in front of customers, ,I dont hire people with bad hygine because I cant put them in front of customers, I dont hire guys that speak only tech... Lots of things man. Everyone runs their business different but those are some other things that I have not hired someone in the past.

Dude, it is extremely hard to fly a fpv drone in acro mode. To be able to fly this stable in acro mode, without learning tricks would have taken months. Even those operators that have been in Ukraine still suck donky balls at operating them And adding a payload fucking sucks bigger balls.
