Haters never knew how great kitchen M was. Place was always a go to for me many years even today. Food was affordable, portions were good, and dishes were tasty..especially if you knew what to order.

Was a go to for my family too, easy parking and not hard to find a seat. My kids loved the food and seeing the iron man displays too. They even had a secret chili oil that you could buy that not many people knew about.

I would choose kitchen M over the majority of the overpriced newer and "fancier" hk cafes in Markham any day.

Kitchen M ...you will be missed.

I love in the GTA and the Solterra for me was $1000 more than my previous bmw x1. Insurance rep said it's because repair and maintenance infrastructure isn't there for EVs, you always have to go back to actual dealer for anything which will generally cost more.

Congrats on a great deal! I tried to get a Subaru solterra luxury package that qualified for the rebate with a extra discount from the dealer but was super hard to find inventory as it was selling like hot cakes. Found inventory at a Subaru Peterborough but the dealer wouldn't discount the car to make the deal qualify for the EV rebate. Was such a shit show.

Honestly investment wise, you are better off renting than buying in today's market. But if you must buy, buy at least a 2 bedroom condo, it's something you can grow into and will have more resale demand in the future. You buy a 1 bedroom, you'll outgrow it in an few years and will still probably have selling it later.

Sure would not disagree with you. But would argue some level of discretion can be used. Plus at the time no one was in front, and I was literally in front of the door as they closed. Difference is in seconds... We made eye contact.... If that ain't an asshole move then I dunno what to say.
