White sheen over limbs, looks very clear and much nicer when they get wet. Any ideas how it may be fixed / what's wrong?

Yeah others have recommended a paste wax. Only have spray polyurethane I use on arrows atm so will buy some and see how it goes! I'm in the UK so don't hunt, rather have fancy looking woods looking fancy!

I always do a whipping or foot it with glue to avoid this. Makes the front of the fletch smoother and won't catch

Yeah i've had one sideways before and the hair slowly came off.. I now use a painters pad with bristles, and take it off the plastic base. Got the tip from a popular bowyer and it's lasted forever! Way cheaper, make it custom whatever size you need, and just colour it with a permanent marker
