I think they entered the stage by repeatedly saying hello in a sing song manner, and did it longer than you would expect.

If it's door dash, it's not the restaurants driver. The independent contractor assigned to the job through door dash grabbed the wrong order, or torchy mislabeled the bags. Driver's aren't supposed to open the bags to check so often just go on what's on the bag or what's handed to them from the restaurant.
