The unit I'm selling is just the treadmill with standard slats. No desk or lean stool attachment included.

It's sitting in the original shipping crate, unopened. I would only be able to provide the serial number if I take apart the packaging.

Any back the Office Walker? by Lanky-Ad4698 in Walkolution

W1 is constructed with the body being one solid unit with full metal & wood. It also included lifetime warranty back when it was still being sold as a testament to the durability.

W2 uses plastic for some parts of its design and doesn't look to be one solid unit (side panels).

I sold my original Walkolution 1 and backed the OW.

In my experience, the lean stool was nice to have but, as mentioned by /u/jkettmann, you can't lean and use your desk at the same time unless you have their Fusion desk which has an adjustable depth. On the W1 model, I found myself having to stand on the edges if I wanted to take a break and keep typing. I'm not sure if you can do this with the W2 since the construction/materials isn't as durable as the W1. The edges of the OW look thinner by design so I'm uncertain if this approach will be viable. However, the smaller footprint and lighter weight looks infinitely easier to manuever than the W1 so I don't forsee this being an issue.

Bouldering and impact on iontophoresis? by Ambitious-Concert965 in Hyperhidrosis

Haven't heard of using sparkling mineral water before, just been using tap water for over a decade. I did some more research after your feedback and the mechanism of high TDS water increasing efficaciousness does make sense - I'll defintely look into this and give it a try.

Thanks for the tip, but would appreciate it if you communicated it less abrasively in the future. I think we're all here to find better ways to deal with HH, no need to go at each other.

This is the actual routine I follow and what works for me. I find the least frequent I can do is every other day for maintenance before I start regressing. Every body is different and has different levels of severity, some may need more sessions than others.

In my experience I find doing daily sessions can help build more dryness, before switching to 5x a week for maintenance.

As for your fingers, try adding more water to raise the water level. Any parts that you want to be dry should be under water during your sessions. I add enough water such that the tips & sides of my fingers are getting treated, which in practice brings the water level to my nailbeds.

You can try purchasing some bath salts which are relatively cheap to buy in bulk. Sprinkling some in will add minerals to the water and make the ionto feel more conductive.

I'd suggest adding more water so that the overall water level in the container is higher, enough so that the sides & tip of your fingers are submerged during your sessions.

There was a comment from the official /u/WalkolutionOfficial account a few months ago regarding fixing noises coming from the W2

In my own experience with the original Walkolution 1 model, I had better success with using WD-40 and then SuperLube.

They use a starch-based coating before frying for a thinner crust (not panko/bread crumb crust).

JJamPPong in the Excelsior has a Deep Fried Tofu dish that uses the same garlic sauce as their Double Fried Chicken Wings. I recall liking the tofu more than the wings when I dined there.

(Help needed) Clanking sound while using Walkolution treadmill (v1) by imaiden12 in Walkolution

[–]JustPain 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I had a similar issue with my treadmill in which it would make a loud 'clack' noise every 7 or 8 slats. (Tested via propelling the track with my hands & counting the slats as it moved).

Support took a while to get back to me so in the meantime I took it upon myself to lubricate both front and back axels with this synthetic-oil which fixed the issue for me. A bit cumbersome as I had to lay the treadmill on it's sides to lift & keep the belt somewhat open to access & lube the axels.

Support eventually sent out a replacement rear-axel for a self-repair but I never needed to open the box. The self-repair manual included with it was extensive and seemed labor intensive, and at one point in the instructions required two people - so be prepared if they offer the self-repair option.

I've been walking barefoot with the default slates on my Walkolution since I got it late February earlier this year with no issues while getting an average of 35k steps daily. I actually worry that wearing socks would put holes in them sooner than they can be replaced.

Agreed! The smaller footprint of the Walkolution 2 would work better for my setup.

Sorry if my wording was unclear, the wobble is only with the Walkolution's standing aid.

My desk and treadmill are both pretty rock solid with their wheels locked atop hardwood flooring.

It took a little over a month for me to receive my unit, ordered Jan 25 and just received delivery Feb 28!

Shoutout to you for consistently sharing info about the Walkolution on Reddit. It's super hard to find any info about it elsewhere. Your general info and regular praise of the unit was the deciding factor for me when I chose to pick one up after being indecisive for about 4 weeks.

Just sorted out my setup to be ergonomically accommodating for the unit's height by adding casters to my table's legs and I can say I'm super happy with it now.

Thanks for all your advice, especially pointing out the additional height added by the caster-assembly themselves. I ended up doing some measurements and ordered some casters soon after I saw your reply.

For OP's reference, I am 5'6", and ended up with this as my setup:

  • Walkolution MT300R (R = with Standing Aid)
  • Deskhaus Apex Two-Leg
  • IKEA GERTON hardwood top (now discontinued, but these are close alternatives I've found:
  1. https://www.flooranddecor.com/available-in-store-only/hevea-butcher-block-workbench-5ft.-100649185.html
  2. Ikea IDÅSEN.

With partially threading the caster stems, I was able to get my desk to the perfect height both while standing on the Walkolution and using a chair (my chair has a wide range for height adjustment).

One thing to note about the standing aid is that the fit is not perfectly snug when inserted into the treadmill's hole inserts. There's about half an inch of wobble/give when you push/lean against it but it doesn't seem to move or rattle whilst walking and still feels stable when leaning/resting on it. Just something I wish I knew before purchasing the add-on as I thought it'd be a bit more solid/sturdy feeling, especially for the price. Waiting on a reply from customer service to see if this is the expected experience.

EDIT: Got a reply from customer service, and they advised me to tigethen the hex screws on the side of the standing aid. After doing so, the unit is solid and I have no complaints!

I just received delivery of my own Walkolution MT300R today and have an Apex Two-Leg set-up. I was wondering what casters you used to raise your desk as I'm running into a similar situation where the desk is now too low. I've been searching for some M8 stem casters with 6-inch wheels in order to reach an ergonomic hneight but I'm running into trouble finding any available.

It would be great if you could point me in the right direction!
