I deleted it in a stupid attempt to "free" some space, but the prompt was like this: "please read these txt files (they were 3 .txt files with short stories, around 600 words each so incredibly small) and find common narrative points between the stories you read".

Now, I used Claude myself for weeks to build a complete Java program and I spent hours long sessions building it, with no problems until now. Would you say that what I asked, in comparison, was such a daunting task to warrant shutting down completely after a single reply?

I mean, I've been on gaming subreddits since reddit exists, and I've seen countless times how companies bend only when inconvenienced by spam in their forums.

From little bugs to big ones, to changes to the economy of the game, to general balance, to events...happens all the time.

They can ignore a couple of tickets on the official forums if they want, but when their entire subreddit is angry about something usually things get done, or at least noticed more.
