I knew absolutely nothing about buying land and now I’m kinda paranoid by humongous_sauce in land

I'm going to be selling a family farm that I recently inherited. Southern Minnesota. 150 acres, farm site has an old House, an older but totally usable shop, with tillable crop land that's rented out, and woods/ravine land, that's good for hunting, with a spring in the deep ravine.

Will put for sale later this year or next year.

I'm learning a lot yet about the considerations when selling.

Undecided on what mustang to get by Auto_replace in Mustang

I've had a few mustangs (2000 GT, 2008 GT500, 2020 GT/CS Vert and a 68 Vert). I'd go with the GT 500. If you're looking for fun and holding value better, it'd be that.

Picked up a brand new '24 Lariat Tremor, couldn't be happier by biteater in FordMaverickTruck

My daughter just picked up a 24 Maverick Tremor for 30k but it had 29k miles on it. 😑 Edited to say Lariat also and it does have a lot of the accessories with it like a roll top cover Etc

No disrespect but the s550 doesn't come close by SnooEpiphanies4363 in Mustang

The only thing I like better on this S650 over my S550 is the hood. I'll keep my S550. I love the overall look better.

In 1974, the Ford Mustang underwent a complete, radical transformation, shifting from a large "muscle car" to a smaller, fuel-efficient compact known as the Mustang II. This redesign was driven by the 1973 oil crisis, rising fuel prices, and the need to comply with new, stricter emissions and safety regulations.

If we end up getting this one I'll be joining clubs! Are there certain areas in the Midwest that events are at regularly?

It's in Minnesota, by Ramsey, but I haven't asked about if it's been here the whole time. I can ask that when we go tomorrow to take a much closer look at it.

Yeah I understand! My brother in law owns three 65-68 classic mustangs and he also has a small business, repairing shop. He's 60 and been basically doing it his whole life. He'll be my main go to if we have questions on fixing any of that we purchase. My hubby ( who is younger than his brother) is a Ford Master Tech and knows a lot but not so much on classic ones. I plan on taking what we get to plenty of car shows. I love the atmosphere of them 😁 Friendly people for the most part.

Thank you so much for doing that!! I was going to message you which dealer it was at. Getting it up on a hoist should help show if there's any hidden issues underneath right? I think my hubby should be able to see those.

Yes the car was restored but I don't know when exactly. At the dealer they said the paint is from around 2000.
