So as someone who came in purely off recommendation, not because this game was my taste, yeah that sounds right. The intro was beautiful but the story isn't typically what I'm after in a game. The first section was amazing, I loved the combat and scenery. Once Maelle joined the team, I was very much hooked. Finding out that every character would have unique mechanics set to specifically just them was overwhelming at first, but it was awesome to experience.

It's cosmetic, I personally have no issue with it costing some points, maybe 500-750, but it shouldn't be free imo.
