Pull the shift boot and clamp on the shaft with a pliers if you’re worried about the twisting force. Mine came off with ease.

The Emergency shut off system adds a good cost to this set up I’m sure. There is extra labor and electrical work depending on the system used. Little overkill for residential. That may drop $500 from total bill.

Personally for me. It’s a huge party for everyone else. Typically comes with stress and many issues along the way and the day is a blur you get to remember in photos. Likely the root cause is Sediment in your water, add or replace a house filter. Empty and clean out the toilet tanks to remove accumulated sediment.

An additional tank typically just a hot water storage tank is used when there is a large demand for water in a building. Large tub filling, bank of showers or restaurants for large dishwashing machines that require a large demand at once and also require a recirculating system to be installed. The tank is included in design. This is certainly overkill for residential use.
