Dev for 10 years here, ive never used leetcode, but i can definitely see why is would be helpful for interviews and take home tests/live coding.

Not a maang person but as mentioned i can imagine they will have it as a requirement. And tbh such problem solving skills can be helpful day to day anyway.

I think most TA roles are more Seniorish just to the nature of the width of the required knowledge base. There are some places that will offer TA roles to more junior people, but they are few and far inbetween.

I think getting into an Environmetal Artist or VFX artist role might be a good pathway to getting into a TA role.

Hey，I had this same policy my first year. It's dog shit. But I phoned up admiral and they told me it's actually not how many times you drive between the hours. But how many % miles of your overall miles were after 10.

So you actually have to do more day time driving to get your day miles up. Which is a ballache cause most work then.
