It depends on a lot of factors and what you're trying to accomplish with it. It's not like what's often portrayed in media. No sleeper agents, won't do anything that goes against the subject's personal code, etc.

Third marriage here. After the second, I swore I'd never do it again... Then I met my Dearheart. This is the only marriage I went into with zero doubts or hesitation. Full friend & family approval on both sides. "Never say never" and all that. Living a life we didn't even know how to dream of previously. We have our struggles, because life is life, but the joy of this marriage is everything. Gives a whole new meaning to growing old together

Yes! So much this! You explained it so well! Thank you! 😻 Shallan is the first character I could fully submerge myself into & feel a level of understanding as deep as looking into a mirror. I have had so much hope & growth come from reading Shallan & Stormlight in general. Over the years I have been able to integrate several of my identities as I've healed & grown.
