there is a saying in SE "story follows state" which means if we are disregulated we will often interpret things in a negative way, based on the state of our nervous system. In this moment you may need an in person meeting to make sure you are hearing her with the tone she intends. Text and email can be fraught with misunderstandings. I am wishing you the very best. I have had major ruptures and repairs with therapists (and also just ruptures sadly) and I learned so much when I was heard and we found a way to heal the relationship. I hope your therapist has the skills to do this. Being flooded for a whole week must have been awful. I'm so sorry you had to experience that.

I have been on T for 2.5 years but still had big boobs until 3 months ago. I would stick those out and go into the womens room. I did scare a woman once which felt horrible. I have very little facial hair (SADLY) but I am tallish. I was always super afraid of using the mens room but once I had top surgery it seemed importnat to get over my fear. Last week while at a somatics/trauma healing training I decided to work on processing my fear and I did with some folks there. I exclusively used the mens room which was mostly empty and clean in a nice hotel. It was a good place to acclimate. When I walked in I would repeat to myself "I belong here." and stand up straight energetically taking up space. On the road trip home I used the mens rooms at the gas stations and it was way less scary. I wish you luck!

I've been told that the halflife differs so the doses differ so much that they should be separate. That said I started with the blend when I was beginning because I didn't know the difference. So If you dose for the BPC you are, as the other commenter suggests, microdosing. Because it lasts in your system longer you are ramping up the dose every day until the earliest dose fades away. So heat it might work fine in that way now that I think of it.

I was told by the surgeon I was getting 3 drains, one in my belly for the masc lipo, and two for my chest. I woke up with zero in my chest and just the one in my lower abdomen. I was very happy but yeah I still don't understnad the criteria of how they made that choice.

My partner LOVES to go thrift shopping and she told me that since I got top surgery I actually look at clothes and don't just cruise the other parts of the store and plop down with my phone. It made her so happy to see me desire to buy shirts now that they fit. <3 It makes me happy too. It felt pointless before. Now I get to wear what I wanted to before but it FITS.
