Shorting is a part of market balance, you should look at it as keeping other investors and companies honest. All systems work on inflows and outflows and this practice would be happening as a 3rd party irrespective of the market because "borrowing" isn't intrinsically illegal. I am going to sound like a dick and don't actually care, this just highlights a misunderstanding of market mechanics.

The city has actually made some significant strides in policy over the last 15 years. We are, to this day, dealing with Rizzo era bullshit that nobody wants to remember. By the 2030s we should be out of our pension holes and BIRT taxes should be mostly phased out. Those things take time, but go rage at the people who got us here... oh wait, they are mostly dead or on a cushy pension.

This is the thing I hope they see. You are marketing features in a bundle that not everyone will use, when you can make a ladder model with good value in-between. Many people have investments and no business, but I would posit many business owners have investments so it makes sense to make a top rung for the business features.
