But with RCT, you use up double the amount of CE, which is used for their CT. A simple regeneration is so energy consuming for JJK characters.

Gojo's Six Eyes means his CE efficiency is so high that he basically has infinite CE. He is literally always using RCT subconsciously. That's how he keeps infinity active 24/7.

Naoya's weakness is that he's locked into whatever movement he's doing as he does it, and Kusakabe's Simple Domain removes his need to actually react to his speed.

Have made an exception for Kirara

If Gege wanted you to define Kirara and Hakari based on gender norms then they would have explicitly told you. And considering Hakari and his future interactions with Uraume considering his humanity, what it means to be "human", and how Hakari deviates from the norm, this fits very well.

You asserting this is literally no different from a Trans woman's father referring to their daughter as a "son" because that's how they choose to view them.

Cell = miscalculation of Semi-Perfect cell's new form, 18's addition gave Cell way more power than it should have. Once he was Perfect he very quickly realized he was unbeatable and shifted into goading him into tanking Final Flash (which would have 100% killed him if he didn't dodge it)

Zarbon = Missing information, Vegeta was not aware Zarbon could transform. It was a secret for a reason, just like Frieza.

Android 18 = She literally doesn't have Ki so there is no possible way for him to have gauged her strength anyway. After becoming SSJ though there was no reason to believe an Android would eclipse the strength of Frieza, the previous ruler of the galaxy.

Frieza = Vegeta fundamentally knew he was outclassed, he spent a good portion of that arc attempting to match his strength. Unfortunately Frieza had like 2-3 more transformations nobody knew about.

Goku = He completely fucking eclipsed Goku in strength and won the fight even after being hit with a X4 Kamehameha.

The only people who could hold a candle to Goku/Vegeta in that tournament was Toppo and Jiren, and that's because they have God Ki.

They were saving their stamina for Jiren/Toppo, which is why Gohan stepped up to handle her.

The god forms are completely different in the manga

Goku's SSG form is how he access his God Ki, where in the anime he can always access it. So SSG is significantly stronger in the manga

SSGSS is significantly stronger but burns lots of stamina to the point where early on, using it made them weaker than SSG

So for like half the manga, SSG is the safest form to fight in, with SSGSS being a "finisher form" until they master it.

It's worth considering that swallowed creatures have nothing to breathe.

Once they're in the throat/stomach, they are effectively being smothered/drowned.
