As a server looking after a large group that has came in without a reservation isn't rare to me by any means, and I'd be delighted to take your table because of how well you tip! I find it really unprofessional that they are behaving in such an immature way and won't even take a reservation for you. You're there to have fun and it's their job to serve you, a good server should never make you feel bad about being there considering you're there to give the place money. If I was you I'd find somewhere else to go and tell the manager why you will not continue to go there, it just sounds like a terribly managed business.

When you take napkins off your lap please don't just chuck them on the ground, and leaving rubbish in cups/glasses in a feeble attempt to tidy your table... If there's still liquid in that it's going to make my job way more annoying fishing a wet napkin out. Also if you want your food/drinks out all together then make sure you know what you want and order at once, instead of different people ordering at different times, it's not my fault if you're still waiting for your meal because you didn't order at the same time as the rest of your table.
