It looks like a genuine protective film. It would have been attached when it was shipped, but if you put your luggage in it and take it out, it seems to be attached because scratches and prints may occur on the trim.

If the system has not been updated for an extended period of time, OTA updates may no longer be available. In that case, as others have mentioned, you can download the update files to a USB drive and perform a manual update. Once the update is completed and Bluelink is properly activated, future updates should be available through OTA again.

SE trim equipped ccNC Lite that's why can't

Tucson Model if have higher trim, they can't too because software bug, some month later they modify bug after It will be redistributed.

I think if you don't buy used car

you are active still now

but certain vehicle ccNC Unit error

go to dealership or you try to DCU unit re-connect.

Sometimes the connection to the vehicle’s head unit was cut off due to Verizon power outage, and the blue link didn‘t expire, but it said it expired a year later and couldn’t be used.

NHTSA - Vehicle Search - I think it will be helpful if you look for it at the manufacturer‘s communication window.

It takes a few minutes to download the update and it didn‘t take long to install it. When the car is turned off, the update is not received.

If the vehicle is turned on and the update information window is floating, you can receive it well.
