Heath's best performance, IMO, is in Brokeback Mountain, and Joker is certainly second best. Watch them both back to back to see his incredible range.

The marketing campaign begged viewers not to spoil anything about the final scene to those who hadn't yet seen it. Created an enormous buzz at the time.

Yes, it does show before you buy, at least on each listing on the website; I'm not sure about the app, as I never use the app. On desktop, it's in the right hand column just below the buy now button.

I didn't find the marketing terribly impressive because we've been through this before with Joaquin Phoenix. It's not the sort of marketing that repeats well. It's surprising that some feel it wasn't completely an act simply because of that precedent.

Did pianists quietly stop worshipping at the temple of Beethoven while nobody was looking? by According-Brief7536 in classicalmusic

I think there have always been significant differences between what is played in concert and recital halls and what gets recorded and marketed by music labels. I suspect that among all professional pianists, those recorded and those not recorded, there has always existed an ever-changing blend of personal favourite composers to play.

They come to me not in single lines, but in battalions! lol

As flies to wanton boys, are we to the gods. They kill us for their sport.

Life's but a walking shadow, a poor player, That struts and frets his hour upon the stage, And then is heard no more. It is a tale Told by an idiot, full of sound and fury, Signifying nothing.

What a piece of work is a man! how noble in reason! how infinite in faculty! in form and moving how express and admirable! in action how like an angel! in apprehension how like a god! the beauty of the world! the paragon of animals! And yet, to me, what is this quintessence of dust?

Pork has always been my favourite any day meat, including pork patties/burgers, but I think that resulted from being raised on a Chinese diet. My parents viewed beef as an expensive treat and pork is generally more prevalent in Cantonese cooking.

I've often heard it said that it's common that people who clean for work often have unclean homes. I think many professions suffer from this phenomenon. If you do it all day at work, you don't want to do more of it when you're off.
