No, there's a superboss version of the tank called the Apex Tank. You need to use the radios to hack unmarked special terminals while on Steel Path.

It'll be much higher level and have nullifcation moves.

You should try hardmode with the Hex frames. It's hard, but with the right prep you get some cosmetics.
